Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Travel
Location: Paramount, CA

Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Paramount, CA

Position Details:

• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 08:00-16:30
• Type of Assignment: Travel
• Job Duration: 13 weeks
• Computer Charting: Epic
• Pay Range: $2,320.00 - $2,600.00 per week

 Requirements:

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting,  MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration
